Last Monday, May 18, Chinexita coordinated a new edition of the masterclass “A Taste of Sunshine” in the framework of the London Wine Fair 2026, held at the emblematic Olympia London. The session, focused on the Monastrell variety, was once again consolidated as one of the most outstanding activities within the official program of the fair, arousing great interest among the professionals attending.

The masterclass was led by the renowned Master of Wine Sarah Jane Evans, who guided a dynamic and informative tasting that allowed attendees to delve into the identity, diversity and international potential of Monastrell. The session managed to fill to capacity at The Education Zone, bringing together sommeliers, importers, distributors and specialized press from the British market.

Throughout the tasting, attendees were able to discover different expressions of the variety through a selection of eight wines from different appellations in the southeast.

The session was notable for the high level of participation and interaction among attendees, generating a very positive environment for the exchange of impressions and the discovery of new references.
