As IPEX China Office, Chinexita has successfully coordinated and executed two Product Presentations of Castilla-La Mancha in the cities of Chengdu and Shenzhen, held on November 7 and 10, 2025, respectively. These actions, focused on the wine sector, gathered more than 350 professionals from the Chinese market, consolidating the positioning of the region’s wineries in two of the main economic centers of the country.

Product Presentations in Chengdu and Shenzhen.

Under the Product Presentation format, and with the participation of 8 wineries, the objective of both actions was to promote the visibility of Castilla-La Mancha’s wine offer to importers, distributors and representatives of the HORECA channel. Each event lasted four hours, during which attendees tasted the wines, received detailed information and held business meetings with the participating wineries.

Both days began at 1:00 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m., coinciding with peak business hours in both cities. Chengdu gathered more than 150 attendees. Shenzhen had more than 200 participants.

The attendees were mainly importers, distributors, restaurateurs and representatives of the retail trade, who showed great interest in learning first-hand about the Castilian-La Mancha wine offer.

The atmosphere of both days was eminently professional, with numerous business meetings and an atmosphere of fluid dialogue between wineries and buyers. The actions have allowed us to evaluate the reception of the product in two key markets and lay a firm foundation for future commercial collaborations.

The Chengdu and Shenzhen Product Presentations have been a decisive step to strengthen the presence of Castilla-La Mancha wines in China. From Chinexita and IPEX China we continue working to facilitate access to the Asian market through structured, professional and results-oriented actions.

Participation in Prowine Shanghai 2025.

A strategic fair for positioning in Asia.

From November 12 to 14, 2025, IPEX and four wineries from Castilla-La Mancha participated in Prowine Shanghai 2025, one of the most important wine fairs in China. The representation was carried out under the joint pavilion “Wines from Castilla-La Mancha / Spain”, whose design, assembly and general coordination were entirely managed by Chinexita as IPEX China.

Our work included managing the exhibition space, coordinating the design and assembly of the stand, organizing the logistics of samples, contracting suppliers and auxiliary services, as well as creating promotional materials and managing their dissemination in the official media of the fair.

During the days of the fair, we offered continuous support, facilitating meetings, supporting negotiations and ensuring the proper functioning of the exhibition space.

The pavilion was fully set up before the opening and, from the first day, the participating wineries held a constant flow of meetings with importers, distributors and industry professionals. The joint presence under the image of Castilla-La Mancha helped to strengthen the region’s visibility and open up new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
