From June 9 to 13, Chinexita organized an outstanding Reverse Trade Mission for the Almansa Denomination of Origin that brought together six importers from Brazil and Mexico, with the aim of showcasing first-hand the enormous potential of the area, its producers and its wines, especially the emblematic Garnacha Tintorera.

During five intense days, the guests lived a complete and enriching experience that combined business, culture, gastronomy and wine.

An institutional kick-off and direct business meetings.

The mission began with an official reception at the headquarters of the DO Almansa, followed by a cocktail dinner that served as the first meeting point between importers and representatives of the local wine sector.

On the second day, a professional showroom was held in which the 10 participating wineries presented their projects and wines in one-on-one meetings with importers, fostering direct dialogue and business opportunities.

Culture, history and landscape: an immersive experience.

In addition to the professional component, the guests had the opportunity to learn about the historical heritage of Almansa, with visits to the old town and the Castle, discovering the legacy and identity of the area.

The following days were dedicated to a full program of visits to wineries, touring vineyards, winemaking rooms and tasting areas. Participants were able to see first-hand the technical and artisanal work of the producers, as well as the quality and unique personality of their wines.

Synergy, interest and commitment.

The mission generated an atmosphere of great enthusiasm, knowledge and collaboration. There was a remarkable exchange of impressions, ideas and commercial possibilities. Both the organizing team and the wineries showed great dedication, professionalism and hospitality throughout the program.

The lunches and dinners offered throughout the week were also part of the experience, carefully designed to showcase the most authentic gastronomy of the region.

A firm step towards internationalization.

The DO Almansa Reverse Trade Mission not only strengthened ties with strategic markets such as Brazil and Mexico, but also demonstrated once again the great export potential of Almansa wines and the consolidation of its image as an appellation with its own identity, quality and international vision.
