Chinexita organized the tasting and masterclass held in London for the Monastrell Spain Association.<\/h4><\/div>

On March 18, we brought the Mediterranean sunshine to London’s wine glasses. We organized a tasting and masterclass for the Monastrell Spain Association<\/strong>, formed by 5 Appellations of Origin (DO Alicante, DO Almansa, DO Bullas, DO Jumilla and DO Yecla)<\/em> where we presented their 8 top wines under their main slogan A taste of Sunshine .<\/p>\n

The tasting took place at the prestigious and historic The Clermont London-Charing Cross<\/strong> Hotel, where more than 50 of the UK’s most influential sommeliers and wine journalists were in attendance. The Master of Wine highlighted the quality of its wines, and the attendees were very satisfied and wanted to initiate new business relationships. This event was a milestone in the Association’s goal to continue expanding the knowledge of the Monastrell variety internationally. The United Kingdom<\/strong> represents a market of great strategic value in the wine industry: it is the second largest importer of wine in the world and the second most important destination for Spanish exports in this sector. In addition to its quantitative relevance, the British wine market stands out globally for the diversity of regions, varieties and styles present in it, as well as for the abundance of experts and prescribers based in the country, and for its leadership in the adoption of new market trends.<\/p>\n
